Hobbled my way for 3.1 miles again today. It helps (me) when I don't take the doggies as far, as I have more mileage to actually have freedom of movement in my arms....which helps my back.

Basic chores and possibly a trip to WalMart is on the schedule for today.

I'm also beginning to plan out gift preparation, wrapping, and shipping for the holidays coming up, including my sister's birthday. Because I'll be more involved with 2 holiday projects at church AND because I want to be able to put up some decorations and a tree this year, I need to do some advance planning. DH will help get the tree and put it into a stand, but that's about it. Like everyone else, I can get over-worked and over-stressed during the holiday time, so I'm hoping to plan it out better this year (I ALWAYS say that...).

The holidays are coming, you remind us, and oh how quickly the time will pass until they are here. I promise myself to get an early start too. We always have a big family celebration here Christmas Eve. It's been a tradition for as long as anyone can remember. So glad you got your walk in. Have a blessed day.

As bad as your back feels tight now, can you imagine how things would be if you hadn't lost the weight?
