I don't think I'll do the 20 lbs, but I'm ok with that.
Hope everyone is doing well.
My squat challenge is a bit of a bust.. I'll keep trying though. Man, it's tough on the legs! Good prep for Mountain Biking.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
