woo hoo lost a pound before my trip lol....would have liked a lot more but I'll take it. :) Leaving for France tomorrow. Feeling a little nervous with my excitement. 7 hour time difference so I'm trying to go to bed about 8 or 9pm and get up around 2 or 3am. to get ready for that. That's not easy to do. Also, I don't know what to do with myself in the extreme early morning. Funny, never had that issue when I stayed up till 3am then went to bed and slept till 11am lol.....Anyway, happy to have lost the pound! Gonna visit with my parents today. Won't see them for a month and they seem a little anxious about that. :(
100.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
