Starting over once again..
Feeling pretty lousy..
I think I'm ready to make a change again. Looking at my weight history, I'm such a yo-yo!! I thought I was the heaviest I've ever been but I weighed the same amount this time last year! Haha..
I want to feel better.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it. I've struggled with yo-yoing too but I've been trying to view this as a life change and not a "diet" I'll pray for you!

I know how you feel. I've felt the same for the past couple of years. Only when I finally realized it was taking a toll on my body did I realize that this was a serious issue (two weeks ago) and needs all the willpower and determination I can throw at it.
