Is this what they call a plateau????
Stay the course....heaven forbid it might be the addition of muscle mass.

If you are weight training, you may put on muscle, but you will get smaller and leaner. A plateau is when you stay the same weight for a few weeks or more. Focus on your healthy eating and exercise. Your doing great.
