Without the increased exercise of a gym membership, I am sure I would not have lost any this week. Going to gym straight from work has become a health habit which I will keep up. Keeping calories low is more by luck rather than design. On road a lot so salads and lower fat options are hard to achieve when work has me on the go. Will look into plaaning food intake for February.
