Week 7:
On Saturday I decided to have a day off the diet. Huge mistake. I just felt that it is going nowhere. So, I had fruit and some chocolate and bread. Not much more than I used to have before the diet, though.
Well, I ended up with disaster: 2 Kgs on the plus side and Ketostix showing nothing.
I wasn't expecting this big reaction... On Sunday I went back to the "normal" Atkins
food and quantities. The harm was already done.
I am reflecting what to do. Not sure how to continue. For now I'll just do regular Atkins diet with carbs below 20g until I'll figure it out.
One big learning for me: no such thing as a break in the diet...
99.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hi i read you post was impressed the way you are serious with your weight loss , i faced the same problem .. have you tried intermittent fasting ? .. check and see
