Well, I pass the test this weekend and I am very happy with my choices. Plus exercised as plan, I walked 2 sessions yesterday, in order to complete 6.3 miles. Plus, I walked 3 miles today, but for some reason it was really hard. To start my day, I failed to provide myself with my usual breakfast, which in normally eggs and sausage. I took an atkins advantage bar, which I ate in 2 sessions. However, i know this is not a wise choice and should only be used in cause of an emergency for some reason I feel that even eating 1 bar a day can hinder weight loss. So I need to stay focus and make time to prepare the food that I need to assist with my goals. I need to drink more water for I am still feeling week and fleeting nauseous. I am a little concern, because I do feel funny and it seems that there is part of me missing besides the 10 pound that I loss. One day one choice cross each hurdle as they approach.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
