Yesterday was the 1st day of doing a 24 hr fast. It was not as difficult as I thought it might be. I think it caused me to get quiet as DH asked me what was wrong. It was so tempting to nibble while preparing his meal. I liked the results though as I was down a couple of Lbs. from my last weigh in. Hooray!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
