This week I made healthier dinners, but still had larger portions or snack a couple hours after dinner. Saturday I had a birthday BBQ for niece so i ate out of diet and had a couple light beers. So all in all not bad weight loss for not completely following.
109.2 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
