Only 0,3 kg, about 3/4 lbs, that's a bit disappointing. Even though I knew this wasn't my best week. But with this being that time of the month, plus having been ill, it's still a step forward and I feel strong and fit. Looking forward to the step up Cardio Kick-Up! challenge and the Push Up to Fit up challenge, starting this weekend. Let's do this.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
