Ok, so scale says one pound up today and i knew that would happen when i weigh in every day. People warned me about fluctuation and recommended weighing in only once a week. But i am not discouraged. I am feeling better than ever and i did lose two pounds in the first two days (this Monday and Tuesday) so i expected this. My goal is lifetime weightless and a life style change, so I am shooting for ½ a pound to 1 pound a week loss and so I am still in well within my goal!

It is very easy to get discouraged... I am also dealing with that right now. Like you I am reminding myself that, even though I'm not seeing a change in the scale, I am changing my life and that is the important part. Stick with it!

Right, and I think there should be a measurement of energy level, because even though the scale was not on my side today, I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! I have energy through my workday and I feel like I am in a better mood in the morning after my workout. There should be an "enter your energy level” item on this website right under enter your weight. I think it is important to notice the other benefits of healthy life style change other than weight loss.

I can definitely see where that would help some users. Me, on the other hand, always feel tired. I need to get more sleep but it's a little difficult right now. I'm so glad that you are seein gthe benefits to this new lifestyle. It makes it so much easier to stick with it.
