Week 5:
Seems the weight loss pace is only about 0.6 Kg per week. At least I still lose some.
I didn't do any physical exercise last week, except 4h downhill skiing yesterday.
The calorie deficit was 17900, and the loss should have been 2.5 Kg. Can't explain why my calculus is not working...My Ketostix indicates maximum level, no wonder since I kept the carbs on a 13 g /day avarage.
Anyway, I hope the coming weeks are going to be better. I have two weeks to show some real improvement before my all inclusive winter vacation in the Caribbeans. My hip injury seem to heal slowly. I plan to do some more running soon.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
