Lets turn this around such a small gain, lets make it a big loss for next week. 4 days before a new year and you can do this. You have 11 lbs to work off. You can do this and cross that finish line before we are fully into a new year. Lets get up and get moving. Check out the challenge board and get some extra motivation.

Yes the holidays are rough time to be changing the way we eat but remember it's not about the end of 2015 its about the beginning of the rest of our lives that we are changing how we're eating right now at least I think that's what it should be change for the future so next year at this time we're not worried about losing weight again

Thank you for the support everybody. I don't regret spending Christmas with family and friends and enjoying some good food. But I also know that it is now time to get back on track and stay on track!

Hang In there. I resonate with you and I dread getting on the scale. I have had non-stop house guest and cooking and eating. Love the suggestion Butterfly made to check out the challenges. Let's do that.
