did Okay last night at the Mexican restaurant, as good as could be, had a full bodied beer the 1st in a month, Damn did that taste GOOD!

103.7 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg. Still to go: 6.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
