I am doing great today with my eating. I made Pillsbury grands cinnamon buns AND DIDN'T HAVE ONE (i did lick the left over icinging though, lol). I also went out to eat with my mom and two kids and only ate half my FAVORITE pork barbecue, i will be eating the rest for dinner, yum! Im so proud of myself now to keep up this momentum!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
