There's a bit of fat for sure, but I'm at a significantly lower body fat than I was in July of 2013 when I started lifting (My start weight was 204 lbs.). Bench press is at 235, Deadlift at 385, and squat at 285. I plan on ending this 9-month long bulk for the new year. I will be at 170 lbs. again for my 3 year gym anniversary (July 15, 2016). I will also hit 315 on squat, 405 on deadlift, and 250 on bench before I start losing weight again.
