Time to draw some sort of line in the sand here. ;)

73.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

This is a tough time of the year, but also a good time to double up the determination. I'm up 3 lbs, let's both get it back down.

You definitely have lots of 'company'!! Don't dwell -- flush it and start fresh by drawing that line today -- I'm drawing it with you!!

yeah, thank to you both ... this is certainly something i am familiar with ... getting over confident when i hit my goal and forget how easily it all comes back. let's all draw that line! :)
