Eek! Has it really been that long since I weighed in? I was doing fairly well until about a week ago and then I started eating and haven't stopped yet. I was feeling fine about myself until yesterday I took a look in the mirror and saw fat--not a little fat like an actual gut and some weight on my thighs. I need to get this show on the road, start eating right and moving around. I cooked yesterday so now I need to work on portion control! I hope everyone else is doing much better than me!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am sure you don't havea real gut. That's outrageous. I am sure you are bloated from a week of eating. After two weeks of eating right, you'll be back to normal. Watch the sodium and drinks lots of water. It's a lifestyle change Jill, you're bound to make mistakes and slip ups from time to time.

I was going to write exactly what Allie did... more sodium = holding onto water = bloating up. It'll be back to normal in a week or so :) We are slip up!
