Late night eating. Should have just gone to bed at 11:00 pm instead of having dinner then. Will try having a hot tea and then getting to sleep soon instead of trying to have a meal when I am so hungry and had no opportunity to have dinner earlier.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
