Oatmeal is my new favourite food.Keeps me fuller for longer. It gives me so much energy during my spinning class.
94 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
