Walked 3.1 miles this AM. UGH Index a strong 9 by walk's end...84 degrees and excessive humidity (thought we were all done with that...).

Thrift store and cooking/food prep today.

Pretty much walking on air today!!!!!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 35.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Buffy, Gigi, and Bren. It was a great, unexpected surprise. But because these last 2 have come so close together, which is HIGHLY unusual for me, I'm already preparing myself to see something in the 158's tomorrow. As long as I eventually get back in the 157s, it's still all good.
