OK OK -- I couldn't resist getting on the scale one more time before Thanksgiving. I just needed to know that the scale wasn't going to keep going up, and sure enough, the scale had dropped a bit. Now I feel better, and I'm going to weigh again next Monday, and then that's it for about two weeks.
And no -- I wasn't avoiding the issue by not logging food yesterday. I didn't have a computer that worked. Now, hopefully, I am up and running again.
