Working on the sugar, No Pepsi for about 4 days see of I can keep this up.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

You can do it, if you like Seltzer try drinking that it has no Sugar and no Carbs. It also comes in flavors.
