Decided to be a
"Be minimalist & more grateful" are the key to my happiness !
- Exercise 3 times weekly - it’s the biological result of brain-protective proteins and mood-elevating endorphins being released.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
