OMG, I seem to be back in action, I know the loss this week is all the fatty tissue and water dropping off, but it gives me the mojo to stick at it.
Also my personal life Sh*t is sorting itself out, so feeling good.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
