Okie Dokie reversed the trend line back to downward! Actually ate more this week it seems but I know the detox drink works. Water, lemon, apple cider vinegar, ginseng powder and tumeric ... yes it does taste well it tastes. Now to get my ass moving and get some sunshine. Thanks to everyone for your support. Keep the faith and keep praying.
