Only .6 lbs. until I get into the 140's! When I'm in the low to mid-140's the magic really happens--clothes fit beautifully, cholesterol levels go into the healthy zone, and my tummy trims down to create an hour glass figure. I can fit into my super skinny jeans. Just doing a little day dreaming.

I'm so grateful to be on this path, especially during a time of year when a lot of grief comes up for me, I need comfort, and food can be comforting. I did not have any Halloween treats and I'm proud of that. I got by on smelling everyone else's chocolate.
