I just want to say hello to all my BUD'S out there and let you know I have been taking care of a sick uncle. He is not doing very well. He is 75 yrs young but health is failing at a fast rate. Just know I will be back as soon as I can. Keep ROCKING it BUDS !!!

78.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg. Still to go: 10.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
