Woo Hoo! Lowest weigh in yet. Ive been really busting it in the cardio area, and figured I BETTER be coming down. Eating well. Did not track today as I was busy with work and fence install at home. I am pleased with this weigh in and thankful for the support from my buddies.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
