I am probably going to aim to start exercising g and swimming sometime soon, just have to get my schedule more stable and start into a regular routine. I usually hit some kind of wall around 170-165lbs and then it just gets so difficult to get rid of the stubborn fat and replace with lean muscle mass. I definitely see a major difference now since a lot of my old clothes fit me again! does anyone else have this huge problem? how do you get through it and get to your goal weight and BMI?? Now that flu season is here I always have problems with getting sick and then everything goes out the window and I have to start the exercise routines all from the very beginning!
