The Soul Garden is a place to find balance in life as you gain knowledge and wisdom to live well. A place to live in the moment and to feel great purpose by generating and projecting love .
Love is Heart Energy that comes from many sources such as choosing to surround yourself with interesting, inspirational, supportive people, eating nutritious tasty food & drink, listening to and paying loving attention to your body, mind, emotions and spirituality; The Joy found in writing, music, the arts, sports, hobbies, volunteering, and a Job Well Done. You can feel Love so turn the afterburner on!!!!
I thank Christopher Witecki and the other volunteers who have gifted the public with The Soul Garden because it is so much fun and is very helpful. Within the garden there is lot of resources and good advice and tips that one can truly appreciate and resonate with. The Soul Garden is a place to gain Love and learn what is required to feel good.
Love doesn't have to be hard to attain so let us learn how to minimize suffering. Take good care of oneself by stepping outside of harsh judgement, insecurity, guilt, shame, victimhood or whatever place that is no longer serving you well. Evolve and discover who you truly are. Come from the amazing power of love as you strengthen your resolve for Well Being. Accept yourself as you are right now. You are worthy and one of a kind. Be kind to yourself and to others. We are worth the effort so let us strive be happy, inspire others along this glorious journey of awakening while we savor and build a wonderful life and world. Transitioning and Expansion is what we human beings do second by second, year after year. Moments of being in snippets of time. Be High on life itself. Be on the path of en-lighten-UP! Seek knowledge and ideas to help reach personal goals.
Feel free to be creative while you openly share thoughts and ideas that inspire yourself and others. My new found focus online is in the Soul Garden. TV.
