Well....a little bit of a gain but thats ok..I had a feeling there would be. This week I'm going to exercise more and eat better. Hopefully I can get down to 212 by next week and go from there.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
