Got back on the horse this week and really followed the diet. Plus worked on not eating too many calories either. I think that has been helping and the weigh is coming off! Since I am 60 pounds lighter I think the original calorie count is very high now.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
