Calorie intake were at 1850 Cal decreasing to 1600 cal a week for faster weight loss and cardio will be maintained for the moment at a minimum of 4 times per week till Oct 21, 2015 since currently not working and have more time, but once I start my new standing sale job I will decrease to 3 times per week my cardio session with One HIIT 10mins and lift 4 times per week
