I've not taken losing weight seriously the last year, but am now. Something changed inside of me. I think it's my new practice of daily meditation. I'm not as stressed. I've realized my emotional eating is tied more to frustration and stress than anything else.
104.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I was never able to take weight off and keep it off until it came to a point last year where something "clicked" inside of me. A change of mindset maybe, I don't know, but I think it takes that change inside to make this happen. Nice loss and congrats on the inner change.

Thank you for your support and comments. My goal is to stay between 1,000 and 1,400 calories per day. I decided that being too stern on "cheats" like a piece of candy or popcorn isn't going to break the bank. I don't want to feel deprived. It's been easy so far!
