Friday night AKA: Pizza Friday... "sleep over" with the grand kids Friday night... while I only had a couple of cookies, I didn't have any ice cream. Saturday went out to dinner with my DW had:
Scallops and bacon, surf n turf – steak and scallops and garlic mashed potatoes. No desert thought :)

Sunday had pasta and meat sauce.

NO gym either day :(

Back to the gym this morning... Confident I can get the weekend weight off plus a couple more..

I hope everyone had a good weekend :)
87.8 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.7 kg a Week
