Hi All,

I've been spotty on my calorie cut since I restarted it 8 days ago. Mostly because I still had food in the house that I wanted to finish before I drop it entirely.

I want to level with you. When I'm not doing the calorie cut I eat like several pigs regarding volume of food per meal. I usually still eat only twice a day with snacks but the volume of food goes way up. This weekend I picked up a family sized box of chicken strips from Walmart and two tins of gravy. On Saturday I ate half the box with a tin of gravy for dinner. A couple days later I ate the other half and another tin of gravy. I always feel sick after I eat like that but its the way I have become accustomed to eating when not cutting calories. It's honestly a point of shame for me and I'm trying to change that method of eating when I'm not cutting calories.

My last cheat meal was dinner last night, two boxes of Kraft's macaroni and cheese with a pack of chicken hotdogs cut into it. See, told you the volume issue was a thing. I've still managed to lose a couple pounds in 8 days but it should really have been more.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
