Hanging on! No change in the weight department. So I guess that's ok news!

Only working for 3 hours today and then going to the lake, just overnight. My friend's sister's baby is turning 1 and she is have a huge birthday party tomorrow that we have been invited to. So, the plan is go to the lake, hang out with my in-laws, do some fishing and swimming and then go to the party tomorrow. It might be rainy, so we may not stay long. And then come home. My DH is working, so it's just me and my son. We're off for an adventure!

79.0 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
