Yay! I'm not sure where the big drop came from. I started some new and different exercise classes about 3 weeks ago. The grandkids are back in school so am at the gym back on the treadmill. Have been doing 1-2 classes Mon-Fri. Have been trying to get more flexible.

I can't believe I'm 20 pounds from my goal weight. When I started in January I couldn't imagine getting to goal. The support, advice, and information on here is invaluable! I can't tell you the number of times I've read someone's post about what is going on and their struggle, related, and then read the responses. Many have saved me from a pitfall!

I am feeling very thankful to have found this site and all of you!

81.6 kg Lost so far: 43.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.3 kg a Week
