I gained 4 lbs because of the holiday weekend last week and then I lost them so I'm back to where I was! oh well though, I'm still the thinnest I've been in years! my goal is around 145 now, so I have about 10 more pounds to go. I'm not sure about that weight either, since I still feel kinda fat even at this weight. maybe its a mental barrier, but I'm gonna keep going until I feel good about myself. I still have flab that I want to stop jiggling haha! Maybe that will stop if 10 more pounds are gone. I hope everyone has a great day! Make good choices!!! :)
70.3 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The best way to attack your "flab" may be to try some weight training - you will lose inches, look smaller and tighten up the loose stuff.
