Ok after a summer of eating poorly I am back starting on again. Pretty sad that 3 months of bad choices resulted in a 10lb weight gain. I am not going to beat myself up! I am just going to get back on an Atkins program!
77.5 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
