Going to the gym (even for 1/2 hour) seems to be helping.
I walk every day at work. 15 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at lunch.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
