Well I have no idea why I lost that weight this week but I will tie it. Would love to see the 180's next week which I hadn't seen in ages! Since school is about to start seeing a bunch of folks haven't seen in a while and lots on compliments which has been awesome to hear.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
