Feeling good this weekend. Lost another pound, although it might just be water. Made a little goal I had kind of set for myself, maintained 14 min/mile for 4 miles. 4 miles in 55:53!
139.1 kg Lost so far: 35.6 kg.    Still to go: 52.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
