I did fairly well with watching calories yesterday even though my food choices could have been better. Plan on sticking with it again today. I kind of like it when I can just put eating out of my mind for several hours but then the nagging and insistent hunger signals choose when they will show up. Sometimes eating something with fat in it helps with that. j
91.3 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
