I was a little over my goal calories yesterday. I consumed calories at about 120% of my daily goal. today I will be very mindful of what goes into the pie hole. Going to walk at the beach today for a while. Temps will be high so strolling by the water's edge sounds good.J
91.4 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
