Well, I really feel like I got the right habits in the right place. I'm not really careful and do not really monitor my food lately and I'm still going down yay me!
Next Monday I get back at it for real (back to work), I want to go down to somewhere between 180 and 185 lbs. I haven't been that light for over a decade.
