Wow. Shocked, to be honest. Had 2 bad days and was hoping to break even. I need to remember this when I do everything right and the scale doesn't reflect it. Bodies are funny sometimes but today thankful !!
60.7 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
