Ok I know you shouldn't weigh more than once a day. But I had to this morning. And was to my surprise I was down 1 whole pound, Whoo.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been a bad. I have not been keeping up with my calories for the past several days. I have to get it together again. I guess I am losing hope instead of weight. I am not seeing any results but everyone else tells me they can. I am going to mame a promise to myself, starting tomorrow I am going to the gym whether I feel like it or not. I will go to the gym regardless of the weather. I will post on here each night what I did and how I felt afterwards.
